Representing Albany, New York, Poetyc Visionz is an internationally recognized and accomplished poet. A two-time Empire State Slam Champion, a 2014 QEW (Queen Elizabeth Way) Slam Champion (along with his Nitty Gritty Slam Teammates), a second-place finisher in the prestigious Toronto International Poetry Slam, and he has competed for a spot on four national teams. He’s performed on the East Coast, the West Coast, and many stages in between, giving audiences the opportunity to see life through a more critical lens. 

With a book of poetry in circulation along with two audio poetry CDs and a third in production, Poetyc Visionz’s thought-provoking content opens minds to a new level of consciousness. 

Currently gaining momentum on Facebook, his video  “I Am Not Black” is a controversial play-on-words with poetic twists designed to challenge the viewers’ perspective of the Black Experience. Another visual – “I AM” – is trending on YouTube. He has worked with popular recording artists in the music industry, co-producing tracks such as “The Greatest Creation,” “Hear Truth,” “Upside Down Inside Out,” “Unconscious Murderer” and others. 

A graphic artist, Poetyc Visionz is developing a t-shirt business while continuing to work on new growth-enhancing projects. An extension of his artistry, his graphic designs appeal to his passion for knowledge, higher-self improvement and personal evolution.
